Who needs a good night's sleep 🙋♀️
It is not just your child who needs sleep (although they definitely do need sleep - for growth, development, better temperment, happier disposition, so many reasons - so don't feel like you are being selfish for wanting your child to sleep) but YOU need sleep too!
There is so much research on the affects of sleep deprivation on our health - both physical and mental. I can tell you stories about this in my own life.
Anyway - we are going to help your entire family get a better night's sleep by working on your child's sleep habits.
In this challenge we are going to focus on helping your child 1) calm down for bedtime 2) develop a fun and relaxing bedtime routine that they will look forward to 3) learn to fall asleep quickly and easily 4) fall asleep on their own 5) stay in their bed at bedtime and all night 6) Enjoy bedtime and eliminate bedtime battles
Notice I did not mentions crying it out or battles? Think this is impossible?
I promise it is not.
In this challenge we are focusing on making bedtime an enjoyable experience for children that they do not dread .
