How Do I Schedule A Consult?
Book your Insurance Covered Consultation
I am in partnership with a wonderful organization called Lactation Network. that helps moms and moms to be able to receive up to 6 90 minute lactation consultations covered by their insurance. with no out of pocket costs. Lactation Network handles the paperwork and bills your insurance directly. You and I are able to focus on meeting your breastfeeding goals. And the good news is, we accept most insurance plans.
If you have insurance, click the link below to check your insurance coverage. Coverage is usually verified within 90 minutes (except weekends and holidays) and you will receive an email notification with the approval status.

If you are choosing a consultation without insurance, whether we are out of network or you are not using an insurance benefit, you can purchase your consult here. You have several options for payments either via credit card, Paypal or your HSA/ FHA account. Payment plans are also available.
I can provide a superbill if you need one which you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. . There is no guarantee of reimbursement but insurance companies should have benefits for lactation care.

I am fully vaccinated against COVID and always take precautions to protect your family's health. Virtual Lactation Consults
I actually LOVE doing virtual consults. They are much more relaxed (moms aren't so worried about the dirty dishes in the sink and the new baby mess all over the house - but I would never even notice that anyway - mom of 4 boys and all 🤣) There are some challenges to overcome by not being face to face but with an experienced lactation consultant, some good props and instructions we can work through these issues. One of the advantages of a virtual consult is that we must work much more closely as a team. Another is we can have more frequent contact. And of course, because of the ability to meet virtually, no matter where you are in the world, lactation consultations are now available to you. And of course, with COVID, this has been the preferred method lately.

In Home Lactation Consultations are the gold standard of lactation support because you can get the most hands on assistance from the lactation consultant. In this consult, both mother and baby can receive the most thorough examinations with the maximum amount of hands-on positioning and assistance. In this consult, the baby can also be weighed which some moms find helpful. This type of consultation is only available to moms in my local Cumming, Ga area. Rest assured, I am fully vaccinated and take every precaution to protect your family's health at these visits.
