In the Dream Baby Sleep Club, you will learn about how to establish good sleep strategies so that your child will learn to love sleep. You will make sleep an enjoyable part of your child's day and not something to fear. You aren't going to just apply a formula to your child's bedtime routine, you will look at the reasons your child is not sleeping well and substitute good strategies for getting your child to sleep. I find that if you don't find the reasons for the problems, the method will never work. So, let's teach your child some skills that will have them loving sleep for life.
This group is only for members of the Sleep Club. This is where you will get to ask your questions and get feedback from LuAnn and other moms who are going through LuAnn's sleep program at the same time as you. Getting support, other's perspectives and encouraging others is what makes this group so valuable.
I will give you my sleep teaching basics laid in lessons for you to implement one step at a time so that your child will build good sleep habits. Then we will begin to tackle the problem areas your child is facing and eliminate these one by one.
You will complete an individual sleep assessment so that we can address your child's individual sleep problems in the group and in your private call.
Each member will receive a 30 minute private coaching call to discuss specific problems and plans for their child.
Each participant will receive sleep logs, ebooks, resource lists, printables etc that they may use in developing their plan for their child.
We will be using our interactive Zoom platform for our Coaching calls. This is a great way to interact with each other as we talk about each member's sleep issues and learn from each other.

I have found that a lot of parents try to put a method to their child's sleep problems and don't find success. Whether it is CIO or Quick Checks or whatever you are using, you can't just put a "method" to your child's problems and expect it to work. There is a problem that needs to be addressed in order for your child to settle down and go to sleep. That is what makes my sleep methods different. I help you determine WHY your baby is not sleeping and how to fix that so that the method actually works. Our goal is to make sleep a pleasant experience and something that your child enjoys.
In the Sleep Like a Baby Custom Sleep Plan, you complete a sleep assessment and I formulate a custom sleep plan for your family that is written and detailed. You then have daily contact with me via messenger or email to discuss your progress and tweak your plan as needed to solve your child's sleep problems. In this group coaching, you will receive the same information that I teach one on one, but in a group coaching situation. You will not receive an individual written plan. You will ask your questions and get feedback through the facebook group from both me and other members. All members start and end at the same time and work together on their goals. The cost is less than 1/2 the cost of the one on one plan.
No. I will discuss general sleep principles that will apply to all ages of children. You will complete your sleep assessment which will identify what problems your child has. In your individual coaching session, we will discuss a plan for your child. In the facebook group, you can ask your individual questions if you are struggling.
The Sleep Club will last for one month. Every one will go through the lessons and support together but work on their individual sleep issues separately. You will learn from and support each other.
If you are actively participating in the group and following the plans and instructions given and your child is not making progress, I will continue working with you until your child is successfully sleeping.
The real question is "How much is a good night's sleep worth?" You really can't put a price on sleep. But, the Sleep Club is only $97. That is an introductory price and is half of the custom sleep plan price.(This price is going up soon as well because these consultations are very time intensive) I know that some people just cannot afford a custom sleep plan so I wanted to offer another way for you to get valuable sleep for your family in a gentle and kind way.
