Virtual Lactation Consult - Follow Up

This consultation is only available to existing Dream Baby Cafe lactation consultation clients who have previously received a home or virtual consultation. 

What you'll get:

  • review of previously identified problem and plan
  • virtual visit for current assessment of previous problem
  • identification of progress toward goals and assessment and newly identified goals
  • Identification of new plan and new goals 
  • summary of visit for health care providers
